“My wife and I got a free sample of Pyropop (salt n vinegar, & cheddar) during the Strut and met the proprietors, very friendly folks from Cali. We enjoy spicy flavorful food, but this.... this stuff was excessively, painfully, hot in our opinion. As in mouth-on-fire, not-the-least-bit-enjoyable hot. Beer only kinda helped, and for about 15 minutes we were in agony. I know this seems like hyperbole, but it was seriously beyond edible. Another friend concurred.

“I put hot sauce on EVERYTHING. Any time someone “claims” a food or snack is too hot, I’m almost always positive that my taste buds won’t even notice. I bought both flavors as recommended by John Hertel, and these snacks are the REAL DEAL. I had ONE of each flavor on my way out the door and 15-20 minutes later I could STILL feel the tingling! And they are not just HOT, they are SO FLAVORFUL!!!! I will definitely be ordering more and suggest that ANYONE who likes it hot, gets themselves a few bags ASAP!”
